I specialise in confidence coaching for women and also performance and mindset coaching for athletes so I am well equip to ensure that you get the kind of workout that you are after.
Your training sessions can be booked as a stand-alone monthly PT package, or in combination with a personalised nutrition and training program that will work alongside it for maximum results.
Sessions can be gym, home or location based. Corporate classes for employees can be run onsite.
I am a qualified personal trainer with specialisms in Medical Referral, Sports Conditioning, Kettlebells, MMA Fitness, Suspension Training and RPM Bikes.
